On March, 7 from 11:00 to 12:30 in Kharkiv (St. Sumska, 39, of. 156) focus-group discussion on the implementation in Ukraine EU standards in the employment area for persons with disabilities will be held. This event will be held by Kharkiv NGO “Institute of Applied Humanitarian Research” supported by the European program of the International Foundation “Renaissance.”
During the focus groups the following issues will be considered:
– Problems of people with disabilities in employment and the exercise of the constitutional right to work;
– Discrimination on the basis of disability in employment;
– European standards towards ensuring equal right to work.
Focus groups participants: people with disabilities that have experience with employment and work.
