The document provides for an expansion of the forms of compensation for damage to real estate caused by hostilities. The bill was supported by 310 members of parliament.
The explanatory note states that the document was developed taking into account that many Ukrainians had repaired housing damaged by hostilities or missile strikes at their own expense, as it was uninhabitable and, in many cases, could have been completely destroyed.
