Development and testing of a tool for assessing the state of human rights compliance based on the use of sociological research
The project developed a methodology for assessing the state of human rights compliance using sociological research. The research was conducted for the Commissioner for Human Rights and allowed obtaining factual data on the state of implementation of citizens' rights.
Based on the results, a report was prepared that reflects the state of human rights compliance and contains recommendations for their improvement. The report was printed and distributed on behalf of the Commissioner for Human Rights, which contributed to raising awareness of the problem and using the data in the further work of the body.
The project allowed testing an assessment tool that can be used to monitor the state of human rights in various spheres of public life.
