Development of examination tests (professional and psychological) for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine: Development of tests on knowledge of legislation for the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine
The project developed professional and psychological tests to assess the knowledge of the law and professional competencies of employees of the Prosecutor General's Office and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. About 7-8 thousand test tasks were created for prosecutors, which formed the basis of the initial testing during the restart of the prosecutor's office.
The developed tests allowed for a comprehensive assessment of the professional knowledge and psychological readiness of employees to perform their duties. Certain difficulties arose during the implementation of the tests: the authors of the tests were sometimes called for interviews and pressure was created, which indicates the sensitivity of the assessment procedure in the context of the reform of the prosecutor's office.
The project was an important step in modernizing the system of training and evaluation of prosecutorial personnel, as well as ensuring transparent and objective selection of specialists.
