Public assessment of the quality of work of Ukrainian courts in considering election disputes
As part of the project "Public Assessment of the Quality of the Work of Ukrainian Courts in Considering Election Disputes", an analysis of judicial practice was conducted to assess compliance with the principle of unity of decisions in election disputes. The main attention was paid to the consistency of legal positions of courts when considering cases related to the election process.
The analysis of court decisions allowed us to assess how coherently approaches were applied to resolving similar legal situations and whether the principle of unity of judicial practice was observed. The identified features of judicial approaches are important for the predictability of decisions and trust in the judicial system during elections.
The public assessment conducted was aimed at promoting the proper consideration of electoral disputes and ensuring that the electoral process was conducted in accordance with the law and established standards.
