“Public support for the analytical activities of judicial self-government bodies: development and pilot testing. Methods for assessing trust in the court”

The NGO "Institute for Applied Humanitarian Research" has launched a repeated online survey "Trust in the Court", aimed at assessing the quality of the functioning of the judicial system and the effectiveness of the implemented reforms.

The survey is being conducted as part of the project
“Public Support for the Analytical Activities of Judicial Self-Government Bodies: Development and Pilot Testing of the Methodology for Assessing Trust in the Court,” which the organization is implementing with the support of the USAID New Justice Program.

The purpose of the study is to create and test modern tools for measuring the level of citizens’ trust in the judiciary, the results of which will become an important information basis for further improving the judicial system and forming balanced analytics for judicial self-government bodies.

The survey helps determine the level of citizens' trust in the judiciary and assess the effectiveness of judicial reform in practice.

The research is being conducted by the NGO "Institute for Applied Humanitarian Research" as part of a project implemented with the support of the USAID New Justice program.

3. Is the survey anonymous?

Yes, the survey is completely anonymous, and all responses are used exclusively in aggregate form for analytics.
