Strengthening the analytical and organizational capacity of the Institute for Applied Humanities Studies
The project aims to strengthen the analytical and organizational potential of a public organization as an important component of the sustainable development of civil society. Its implementation involves improving internal management processes, improving the quality of analytical work, and developing the institutional capacity of the organization as a whole.
The project focuses on enhancing the team’s professional competencies, implementing effective mechanisms for planning, monitoring and evaluating activities, and developing a strategic vision. This contributes to more informed decision-making, increased transparency and accountability, and increased trust among partners and target audiences.
Strengthening organizational and analytical potential allows a public organization to respond more effectively to social challenges, create high-quality analytical products, establish intersectoral cooperation, and make a significant contribution to the development of democratic processes and public dialogue.
