Supporting prevention of corruption and investigation through civic engagement on a local level (Wiki Investigation)
The project was built on the principles of cooperation and active participation of citizens. Within the framework of the project, people had the right to report facts of corruption through a secure Internet server for submitting reports. This format ensured the possibility of secure transmission of information and contributed to the involvement of the public in the process of identifying corruption.
In parallel, the project developed appropriate methodologies for working with received reports. Particular attention was paid to the systematization of approaches and the development of practical recommendations. The prepared recommendations are being implemented in the activities of the National School of Judges. In addition, the Council of Judges was proposed to amend the code in order to improve the relevant provisions.
1. How was the project designed to ensure the safe reporting of corruption?
The goal was to provide expert support for the processes of forming and implementing regional compensation mechanisms for owners of housing damaged or destroyed as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation.

Collaboration was the foundation of the project and contributed to the involvement of citizens in the process of reporting corruption.

Methods were developed to streamline and organize work with information received through the messaging system.

The recommendations are being implemented in the activities of the National School of Judges, and are also proposed for consideration by the Council of Judges when making amendments to the code.
