Survey of citizens on their satisfaction with the quality of functioning of courts using citizen reporting cards (CRC) (Kharkiv region)
In 2014, the implementation of the 2013 project aimed at assessing citizens' satisfaction with the quality of functioning of the courts of the Kharkiv region continued. This year, the main attention was paid to the direct practical application of citizen reporting cards (CRC).
The information collection methodology was tested: it was determined how to correctly apply the CRC, what data to collect regarding declarations, transparency of judicial work and interaction of judges with citizens.
