Vladyslav is responsible for the operational management of the Organization, ensuring the implementation of its statutory goals and social projects. In this role, he oversees:

• Strategic planning of activities and the achievement of key impact indicators.

• Efficient use of resources and ensuring financial transparency for donors and the public.

• Coordination of the team and volunteers, as well as representing the Organization’s interests in relations with partners and government authorities.

His leadership ensures that the Organization’s mission is carried out with the highest level of responsibility and maximizes benefits for target groups.
