Today, within the framework of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the NGO Institute of Applied Humanitarian Studies and the association of local self-government bodies of Kharkiv region, executive director Tetiana Koloda officially handed over 300 copies of the manual “Consideration and Resolution of Issues Related to Compensation for Damaged and Destroyed Property as a Result of the Russian Federation’s Armed Aggression Against Ukraine” to the first vice president — executive director of the association, Mykola Titov.
Also present at the working meeting were: the association’s advisor, leading expert of the institute, lawyer Yaroslav Belykh, and deputy executive director of the association, Olha Shtrykoun.
