The public organization “Institute for Applied Humanitarian Research” (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) was founded on November 30, 1998 by a group of Ukrainian lawyers, sociologists and political scientists. On February 3, 2022, the Organization was shelled in the city of Kharkiv, as a result of which the building where the Organization is located (“Palace of Labor”, Kharkiv, Konstytutsiy Square, 1-3) was damaged and the property and primary documents stored in it were destroyed.
Tender Description
The services include mentoring support in developing the Organization’s strategic and operational plan for 2026–2027, developing the Organization’s internal policies, which will include:
- Conducting an expert audit of the Organization’s strategic documents and procedures;
- Conducting two facilitated strategic sessions (to define the Organization’s mission, vision, goals);
- Developing a strategic development plan for the Organization;
- Conducting a facilitated session to develop an operational plan for 2026–2027;
- Development of the Organization’s operational plan for 2026–2027;
- Development/updating key internal policies (HR, procurement, finance (accounting), security, project management, code of ethics);
- Conducting a final session of results and internal assessment of the results of the OP;
- Based on the results of the final session, forming a final report and a plan for further institutional sustainability.
Term of service provision – up to 3 months.
Deadline for submission of proposals – March 18, 2026, 17:00 Kyiv time.
Terms of payment for services – non-cash payment.
Requirements for providers
We are looking for a provider who has experience in mentoring, consulting and practical support of organizations and is ready to work together with the team to improve internal processes and procedures.
To participate in the tender, applicants submit the following documents:
- resume;
- commercial price offer;
- plan or program of sessions;
- contacts of 2 organizations for recommendations;
- extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations;
- document confirming tax status (the ability to make payments without VAT).
Preference will be given to applicants who have the appropriate qualifications and experience in facilitating strategic sessions.
