The NGO “Institute for Applied Humanitarian Research” is currently implementing the project “Expert Support for the Formation and Implementation of Regional Instruments for Compensation (Reimbursement of Damage) to Homeowners in Kharkiv Oblast Whose Housing Was Destroyed or Damaged as a Result of the Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation”, supported by the Democracy Support Fund of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine. The project provides legal protection of property rights for homeowners in Kharkiv Oblast affected by Russian aggression in compensation and reimbursement procedures, where risks exist due to gaps, conflicts, improper public administration practices, abuses, or lack of legal awareness among the population (especially socially vulnerable groups).
The project includes expert support for the formation of effective regional instruments to protect the property rights of homeowners in Kharkiv Oblast, assistance in improving legislation on compensation and reimbursement, and guidance on its implementation by local government authorities.
Within the framework of the project, there is a need to procure IT services for the development and subsequent support of an informational and advisory web platform in the format of a chatbot (Telegram). The purpose of this announcement is to receive price proposals for the above-mentioned services.
